A certified expert visits your property for the inspection.
- Duration: 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the property
- The certifier visits every room
- They assess insulation, heating, ventilation, etc.

Certificate
Receive your official PEB certificate within a few days.
- You receive the draft of the certificate
- Approve the draft of the certificate
- The official PEB certificate in PDF format is sent to you
- Downloadable from your client area
- Valid for 10 years
