Privacy policy

Your personal data (name, email, phone number, property address) is collected only as part of your EPC certificate order. It is stored securely and is shared only with the certifier assigned to your order.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@pebeasy.be.

Terms and conditions

By placing an order on PEB Easy, you accept these general terms and conditions. Payment is due at the time of order. The EPC certificate will be carried out by an accredited certifier within the agreed timeframe.

In case of cancellation, a refund can be made if the inspection has not yet taken place. Contact us for any cancellation request.

The PEB Easy website uses cookies and trackers to measure its audience and improve user experience. In accordance with the GDPR and Belgian law, no analytical cookie is placed before your explicit consent via the banner displayed on your first visit.

These cookies are essential for the website's operation (login session, language preferences, order cart). They are placed automatically and do not require consent.

Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BWEE95JG43) via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WW3N4VVB) to analyse website visits anonymously, understand visitor journeys and improve our services.
